We offer 2 payment options to help spread the cost of our lesson fees
Option 1 – Termly Payments – we have 3 payment blocks per year, Autumn, Spring & Summer.
You will be sent an invoice 2 weeks prior payment to payment becoming due.

Option 2 – Monthly Payment Plan
This is where you can spread the cost of your years lessons over 12 months (September – August) making payments via Standing Order.

A half terms notice is required when leaving the Academy.
Join Us
We have two versions of our application form available. One is a link direct to our Google Form for online submission, and the other is a PDF version that can be printed, filled in and returned to us. Below are are our basic terms and conditions for applicants.
- Chiltern Academy School of Performing Arts is a Registered School with qualified teachers.
- The aim of Chiltern Academy is to run happy and inclusive classes with the accent on quality teaching, discipline and to encourage children to reach their full potential.
- We have four terms per year. All fees are payable on receipt of invoice and no later than the first week of term. Late payments will be subject to a £10 surcharge.
- Half terms notice is required on leaving or the full term to be paid for.
- Chiltern Academy reserve the right to take photographs and video footage for coaching and promotional purpose. If you DO NOT wish Chiltern Academy to use photographs of your child, please write or email the school to opt out.
