It is nearly 13 weeks since I closed the doors at Chiltern Academy and our future is still not clear. I am in discussions with the hall management committee and as of yet they cannot give me a firm date as to when we can safely return. I will of course let you know as soon as we have the green light.

Inevitably there will be some changes to the timetable initially – class sizes will be limited as will the space available more generally. To accommodate as many students as possible we may have to implement a no parent policy for the building.

There will undoubtedly be other restrictions and regulations that arise as the global situation develops and I will ensure all of our systems are thoroughly risk assessed prior to reopening.

Chiltern Academy is my love and also my livelihood. To this means, you may see a slight increase to fees to keep classes viable. I will avoid and limit this as much as I can and hope you understand this is done from necessity.

I am so grateful to all the teachers who have been delivering online classes for the last few months and thank all of you that have supported us by joining classes during this time.
